This interesting event is going to take place in the Delegation of Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs of the European Commission, in Brussels.
The main aim of the event is to present and discuss the version 2 of the ICT Professional Role Profiles draft version 2 with the European ICT multi-stakeholder community, where we are the only Spanish company. Furthermore, final feedback of the event will be key to the update of the ICT Profiles before the publishing of the draft by CEN Workshop Agreement (CWA)
The professional profiles of the European ICT are a key contribution to improve the transparency and convergence of the digital competences’ sector. In addition, they are also essential to mature the ICT profession as a whole.
European e-Competence Framework (e-CF), these will act as a main part of the profiles’ description. The 30 professional function profiles will offer a general set of typical functions fulfilled by ICT professionals. On the whole, these profiles will cover the complete corporative process.
The results of the workshop will influence directly in the next update CWA 16458 of ICT Professional Profiles. This update is expected to be published in April 2018.
In addition, Netmind has contributed a Case Study that was conducted for Red Eléctrica de España. This Case Study will add value to the event and help the update of the ICT Profiles.
In Netmind we are really proud to keep contributing with our experience and vision to the future update of the e-Competence Framework (e-CF). We hope it will continue consolidating this model as a reference for the management and development of the talent in the ICT sector.
