Prerequisites


Attendees are expected to have some experience in service delivery, or have read “Kanban” by David J Anderson or “Kanban from the Inside” by Mike Burrows.

Methodology


Active and participatory course through demonstrations, practical exercises and clinical analysis of users of all the theoretical topics taught by the instructor in order to deal with real cases of the related product. Certificate of attendance


Certificate of attendance will be issued only to students with an attendance exceeding 75% and Diploma exploitation if they also pass the test.
