IT Infrastructure Library ITIL® encompasses the best practices of Information Systems management. In recent years, its use in organisations of all sectors and sizes has been extended, coming to be considered as a de facto standard on the market. ITIL® was developed in the 1980s with the drive of the British Office of Government Commerce, and consists of a series of books that describe guidelines for offering quality IT services. In 2006, Netmind was the first Spanish company to obtain the Accredited ITIL Training Provider certification. Subsequently, it was a pioneer in offering official ITIL® v3 training on the Spanish market and adapting all courses to the current edition of ITIL®, ITIL® 2011 Edition.
